As a tribute to her forefather’s commitment to fostering community both near and far, a portion of all proceeds supports Lwala Community Alliance (www.lwala.org). This community health clinic supplies resources for children and their mothers with nutrition, medicine, education, and clean water in Lwala, Kenya. 

In 2007, the community of Lwala, Kenya was suffering from the dual burden of high maternal mortality and HIV prevalence. Rather than wait for help to come to them, village members organized and donated land and resources to build their region’s first health clinic.
